What is the Consignment Program?

Elle's Kitchen is so confident that these cakes will, not only sell, in your establishment, but will continually bring in repeat business; raising your bottom line. We are so sure that you will be 100% satisfied with the products that we are willing to give you the cakes without asking for a penny upfront. That's right, all you do is make money. You never have to come out of your pocket for any loss, waste, or upfront costs. We eat any loss due to non-sale of the product. Once the word gets out about how tasty our cakes are, you will not be able to keep them on your shelves. You will never have to slice a cake because our cakes are already individually packaged and ready to go. Slicing cakes is a waste of time and money. Once a cake is sliced, it is compromised. The air that surrounds the cake will begin to dry it out, therefore, when you need to sell another slice, you have to first cut a piece that goes straight into the trash. YOU LOSE MONEY WITH EVERY SLICE. Also, you have to pay your staff to take time to slice and package the cake. With Elle's Kitchen you never lose money to labor because there isn't any. We totally do everything for you. So you literally sit back and make money with no risk of loss to you what so ever.

How does this process get started and how much will I make?

It’s very painless to get started. You contact us via email or call us direct and one of our representatives will set you up with cake selections, as well as a detailed suggested price list for your food service establishment. We will begin delivery to your store once everything is confirmed. Starting with one case of 30, we will deliver once a week. You place them in a refrigerator where your customers can easily see them, preferably upfront where the cashier is or a soda case. If you do not have adequate refrigeration we will provide one for you. If you sell out of those 30 cakes before the next scheduled delivery, we will deliver 2 cases the next time. Each week we will pick up the unsold cake waste and deduct it from the invoice. You will receive an invoice that day, of which you can choose to pay COD. You also have the option of paying through the mail on a Net 7 basis. The prices for the cakes range from $3.99 - $6.99, depending on the price point of your restaurant. You keep 40% off each cake sold. Normal cake sales range from 60 – 150 cakes per week depending on your establishment. As you can see, you can stand to make $500.00 - $1253.00 per month for free!!
